The walk
From the Walking Trailhead in Gortin Glen Forest Park, the route joins the Ladies View trail and the Nature Trail into one loop on forest paths and tracks.
It is 6.8 km round with 255 m of ascent; allow about 2½ hours. The grade is Easy: forest paths and tracks, with about 250 m of climbing in all, a high point of 346 m and some steps.
The park is a working forest and its trails may be diverted or closed from time to time. Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, which runs the park, says it has six waymarked walking trails of various lengths and slopes, all starting from the Walking Trailhead between the main car park and the amenity building.
The council sets the charges at Gortin Glen; check the notices at the entrance.
