The walk
From the car park in Karłów, follow the red path west, out across the open Pasterskie Łąki meadows and on through the spruce forest, to the upper car park at Błędne Skały (the Errant Rocks). The ticketed route winds through a labyrinth of sandstone blocks, under overhangs and along cracks so narrow that you must turn sideways to pass. Return to Karłów through the forest.
It is 9 km with 172 m of ascent; allow about 2½ hours. The grade is Easy: easy walking on forest roads and paths, with steps and tight squeezes in the labyrinth.
The labyrinth is ticketed (16 zł in 2026) and limited to 350 people an hour, with tickets sold online in hourly slots and no refunds; it takes about 45 minutes. The road up to Błędne Skały is closed outside the season. Dogs are not allowed.
The car parks in Karłów charge; the national park's own, at its training centre, costs 15 zł from 8:00 to 20:00.
