The walk
From the car park at Sedoz, follow the blue waymarks up the valley of the Ninglinspo. The path climbs beside the stream as it tumbles over rock steps into pools with names such as the Chaudière, the Bain de Vénus and the Bain de Diane. Near the top of the valley the way turns back west over the wooded slopes on forest tracks, passes the Drouet viewpoint above the Amblève and drops back to Sedoz.
It is 6.3 km round with 209 m of ascent; allow about 2 hours. The grade is Easy: a rocky, rooty path by the stream, slippery when wet, then easy forest tracks.
The commune of Aywaille closes the whole site for hunts on Friday 23 October and Friday 4 December 2026; check the commune's page for any other dates. The valley is listed as exceptional heritage of Wallonia: keep to the path. Wear boots with a good grip.
The free car park at Sedoz is small and fills on fine days and at weekends. Parking along the N633 is banned and fined; the commune points to the larger car parks at Nonceveux, Sougné-Remouchamps and Aywaille. Aywaille station is about 5 km away.
