The walk
The walk starts from the car park at the head of Borthwen bay at Rhoscolyn, on the south-west of Holy Island. The Anglesey Coastal Path leads west along the cliffs above the sea, past St Gwenfaen's Well, a medieval well beside the remains of a drystone well house, to the west end of Rhoscolyn Head with its views over the sea. The way back turns inland on a footpath to the Holyhead Road at Rhoscolyn and a lane down to the bay.
It is 4.2 km with 88 m of ascent; allow about 1½ hours. The grade is Easy.
The path runs along the cliff top and has drops: keep to the path and children close. A walkers' website says that near Porth Saint the path runs along a ledge less than a metre wide with a guard rail beside the drop. Part of the way back is on a lane.
OpenStreetMap shows the car park charged (Isle of Anglesey County Council). There is no café or shop on the route.
